Would I be correct in assuming you won't be able to help me with my generator?

I sent you an email telling you that I had a manual to send you.Just email me. First need to know if it is producing voltage.If not there can be several items that can cause you problem. If it is producing power. The main thing left would be the control board bad. Or not getting a signal from one of the sensor.

You may also want to go over to Smokstak. Generac section. There are some very good people on the site willing to help. The Generac section has a couple of guys. That work on these things every day. Have more knowledge on them than I do. They are willing to help and all information is free.I mainly cover the Onan section of the site.

As of this morning, I haven't received an e-mail. Don't know what's going on there. When running (15 seconds) it is showing no power to the generator side of the breaker in the generator cabinet. I found an owners manual online yesterday and down loaded it. Is that what you have? The one online did not address any issues with the generator not producing electricity.

I had 8-20KW owners manual sent to me. Sounds like you have a bad voltage regulator.No voltage will cause it to shut down.I think it would be faster for you to go to smokstak. Generac section.As I said there is a couple of guys that work on these things. They could give you an answer faster than I can. Doesn't cost anything to come on the site and ask.As I said Generac is very hard to deal with. They don't like giving out information.
