Trailer with 8 bolt and 8 bolt circle hubs and wheels

I am working on a tandem axle deck over trailer with 16.5" wheels, 8 bolt and 8" bolt circle. I need some brake parts for the hubs. Anyone know what brand this size hub may be and where to source the parts? It is a homemade trailer. Could this be a trailer house size hub?

If you're really lucky, there should be a tag about in the middle of the axle that will give you all the info. Most of them fall off. What I find is that most axles out there are Dexter. Find you closest dealer and even if it's not a Dexter a lot of times their parts will fit.

Here is a link to the Redneck brake page. Just measure what you have and compare, they should have something. With an 8 on 8 bolt pattern they will likely be some type of ag axle but the brakes should match something there. If you don't find anything there let me know and I'll link a couple other suppliers.

IF Redneck does not have what you need then try Brett Equipment/trailer parts. I find they will have more unusual stuff than Redneck. Redneck is great if it is an off the shelf part but it seems like the average parts person at Redneck is lost if you have some thing different.

Since you state that it is a homemade trailer, it is possible that the hubs could be from a Ford F-250, they have 8 lugs, but I am not sure about the circle.

Take the drum off and take a picture of the shoe assembly ,measure the shoes and take the information to a good parts man(or woman)
