Actually, I thought you were referring to a farmer's "office" being the fields, so his "desk" would be a tractor. Guess I gave you too much credit for being witty.

I've always wondered where those white birds, gulls come from when you plow, because you never see them anywhere any other time..

I've wondered that, too.

When you first work the ground in the spring, the field is covered with white gulls following behind you. You never see them any other time.
