Two and 1/2 pickup loads and a spreader load for us and two spreader loads of firewood for Marc today. Long day.

Blew a hole in the muffler on the 385 Husky today. Almost started a fire with the darn thing. $75 for a new one. There might just be $3-$4 worth of tin in the stupid muffler. Dealer suggested brazing a patch over the hole in the old one so as to have a spare and save a trip in the middle of the day. Believe I'll do just that. Can't complain, though. Have had the saw several years and the muffler was the original, and this saw gets used a lot.

Yeah, I have been hoping for 40+ years to get all my firewood wrapped up in the spring. Hasn't happened yet. Lol!

i can relate to that!just finished unloading yesterday s load, eating breakfast now and then heading out for today s load.need to keep this up till thanksgiving then i can kick back for the rest of the winter[except for chores] just isn t enough time in the spring to get firewood.
