I admit I don't get out much, but I've never seen anything like this before. I can see it being real nice in a yard where the loading gets real repetitive.
poke here.

It seems like the county had something like that when I was a kid. They would tow it to where they needed it behind a dump truck.

They are designed to be towed behind a truck, the side arms are removed allowing the planetary hubs to freewheel. The single steering wheel has a place that attached a towbar and away they went. A very good machine in there day I'm told. Had many advanced features like the self leveling bucket linkage.

Years ago , I went out to Hesperia , Ca. to buy an Oliver Orchard tractor . The guy had alot of junk there , and one of the items was a Scoopmobile. I thought about it for a while , but decided I'd stick to my Oliver......

Both of mine have power steering. They have Chrysler Industrial flat head sixes. Both are manual transmissions. The newer one I have (which is older than the one in the ad) is probably from 1955. There is a picture of my older one in the tractor photo gallery of this site.

Years ago when I started to work at the ready mix/block plant they had a couple forklifts similar to that one, very good on pavement would get stuck and mire up in a second on soft ground.
