My buddy wants to try my Super 88 diesel and so far he looks like a peacock up there L.O.L. . It's been so darn warm up here in the north he's going for a second cut ... just kidding guys , only knocking down some old stuff with the cutter rather than the brush hog . The old olie ran good all day long !!!

On the serious side , some fields are healthy with tons of good purple clover .

I knocked down the last 35 acres of third cutting today. I cut 20 Saturday,hope to bale that tomorrow. Weather looks,for now anyway,like it's gonna get warmer every day this week. I sure hope so,I lost the last 35 that I cut three weeks ago.
 
Cut a field today. Hope the next few days are as sunny as the forecast. Square baling,so I need it a little dryer than rrlund. Still have more fields to go.
 
I was baling until 7:30 tonite, the sun was gone. Working on the swamp, tires get wet but can get dry hay off it. Ecept for these nice nice
showers we get every 2 days..... Was forecast sunny on Sunday, rained .15 in 2 showers, one noon, one in afternoon. Can't dry nothing in that
'sunny'.

Looks like a useable rig . Is that a 461 haybine ? I also cut the last 25 acres of 3rd cut today. Wrapped 55
bales last Saturday , and looking forward to the end. Still have some 50-70 bales of straw to roll up this
week also. Never combined grain so late into September before, did the last last Friday. Ran through real
good and turned out good grain .
 
I have my last 30 acres of 2nd on the ground right now, hope to start square baling tomorrow. Raked it last night, it is drying very well. Looking forward to being done for the year finally, it has been a huge challenge this year trying to get cut and baled without rain. Did cut a couple times in the rain, but managed to get it all baled without rain. Light crop here, not exactly sure why, cooler weather or too much rain.
