Proper fluid?

Hi everyone!

I have an older mid 70's UTB 650m. The hydraulics work but are weak particularly once the tractor warms up. It's equipped with a front end loader which can barely lift a bucket of dirt after it's been working for a while. The original owner that I purchased it from was using TDH in the transmission which is a common sump and I think that the fluid is the culprit. The manual states SAE 80EP in the transmission and SAE 90EP in the differential. I can't seem to find a modern day equivalent for these fluids.

What would be a modern day equivalent for this tractor... UTF? Would AGRI-PRO UTHF work?? CHEVRON 1000 THF???

Any help would be appreciated...

Don't think the oil is the problem. Looking at the viscosity chart, the TDH is equivalent to SAE 80.

Need to do some hydraulics diagnostics. Check the loaded pump pressure, sounds like a bypassing relief valve,
internal leak, etc.

Will the loader stay up when the valve is released? If not, it's probably a cylinder piston seal.
