What program for the android samsung play store that is free works best? I use irfanview for the windows laptop, but the playstore irfanview dont work for me. My samsung cell & tablet makes to big pictures to post for some websites.

I don't use a phone to take pictures but my camera takes oversize pictures. I use Adobe Photoshop to size and edit the pictures I post.

Just downloaded adobe photoshop from playstore, but were is the reduce size on adobe?

Once downloaded I open each pix with paint then resize to 90. When I close paint I save the changes..
