black white harvest movie

Probably 15 years ago, or more, I stumbled across a black and white movie on TCM that was centered around a custom harvest crew. There was some kind of plot which I don't remember, but I was sucked in to it watching for shots of the machines. There were several open station Massey Harris' I believe. Had to be from the 50's I'd guess. Anyone have an idea what that movie was called?

Another one that has a lot of farm machinery and stuff is "Of Mice and Men" A bit campy but lots of neat stuff.

Yeah we watched that in school after we read the book. The farming scenes helped get me through it.

I don't know how bad you what to see the movie but it is available on DVD.

Possibly the harvest crew was camping out. I dont know but sounds reasonable.

Wild Harvest. Bought the dvd on ebay a few years ago . It has some good combining scenes out on the custom harvest run using Massey Harris
round tank combines. 21s I think. Some good chase scenes involving big trucks too.
