Front and Rear Tire size combo

Does anyone have a photo of 13.6 x 36 rears and 6.00 x 16 Fronts?

I was going to go for the 12.4 x 36 on my 11 inch, 18 spokes, and 5.50 x 16, but was told about I could go one size bigger on the rear wheels and that 13.6's look perfect on that rim.

I don't want a rake, so if I step it up in the back, I would think I should step it up in the front.

I also don't want it to look like a puller with these bigger tires, so a photo would be nice.

BTW, this is for an Unstyled JD A.

To me, tires make or brake the tractor. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

My '52 JD "B" looks really good with 13.6x38" on 11" rims...

Since you do have 11" rims, it may look fine.. if it does have too much rake, you could still go with larger fronts..

The main benefit is far less wheel marks in soft ground..

Those early tractors came with some awfully narrow tires and left ruts far too often..

FWIW..

13.6 would have been the old 12 and that or 11-38 were the standard conversiuon to rubber from steel. Never heard of someone putting that small 12.4 old size 11 - 36 on a unstyled A. That is what would not look right,

Robert, I have 11.2 36 on my A and 6.00 16 on the front. Want to look at my A again? Ron Mn
