Any way of gluing(epoxy) tire to the wheel or do you guys have a way to hold the tire to the wheel? New one cost $60.

I'd try epoxy specifically made for plastic - any home depot will have it.

goop on a real good bead all the way around - even if it fails to stick to the rubber, it should form a solid "rim" that the tire won't fit over to slide off.

Probly the best thing to try would be car door seal glue.

What is the size? tire diameter, tire width, hub width and bore diameter.

My tires are co-molded to the wheel and never comes off. I don't make that tread.

If I have one that fits I would be willing to trade something for it with you. That would beat 60 bucks.

The other replies are good. If it was me, and I had no floors that i would worry about, I would run a few sheet metal or drywall screws through the tire and into the wheel for good measure. Just cut off any ends that stick all the way into the gear area.
I've seen several Honda push mower tires retained this way.

Use metal screws with hex heads. Then you will have studded tires. After you attach with metal screws use Great Stuff foam, drill a hold in side wall. Fill with foam. When it drys it will act like glue.
