I bought this old JD plow last weekend. The frame has a number of 376 and the right handle says number 213 set. Does the 213 mean it's a left hand plow,or did they make different size bottoms?

I'm not familiar with John Deere walking plows, but I'm sure they made several different sizes of them. It is kind of unique that yours is a left hand one. You might go to the Rural Heritage website, discussion forum "Front Porch" and might get some better answers. Good luck, kelly

Left hand more common than right and the same with sulky plows. And the Amish still use those left hand sulky plows along with right hand, and new ones are still avaible as left hand as well as I think left hand walking plows.
