For all the answers on the Yukon Gold taters. We do a lot of the sliced up and fried with onions also. Haven't tried em that way yet. If they store for ten months, that's about as good as most varieties. Boiled some last night and didn't boil them quite s long but they were still hard in the center. Haven't quite got the hang of the boiling time for them yet.

So far the yield is nothing to holler about, but I haven't got into my Eva's yet for comparison, so I'll reserve judgment on that. The way the year has been around here and some of the problems the neighbors have had with their potatoes, it sounds like I'd better be happy with about any reasonable yield at all.
