Resonators are often just right to moderate the noise. Give them a look. Glass packs will still be too loud. Jim

I think the big challenge will be getting inlet and outlet sized right, my dad always said a glass pack will not stand up that close to engine.

No issue on the size, they are easily found in 1/16" increments. Jim

That makes me feel better, the original fits a 2" schedule 40 pipe

2.375 IS THE od OF 2" SCHED 40. Should be no issue. Cars like Toranado, and 225 Buicks are in the ball park. Jim
