John Deere belly mower help needed

Hello everyone,
My brother has a 6' (72") John Deere bellow mower mounted on a WD Allis Chalmers tractor. We can't find any maufacture info on the mower as to what model it is. The John Deere tag is in poor condition.The tag says HB. Can anyone identify this belly mower and tell me what model it may be. Thank you.

Appears to be a "Model 397 Center-Mounted Rotary Mower".

Search by "397" in the "model" search or "1375" in the "Catalog Number" search at www.jdparts.com.
