type out a nasty vent post and after preview delete it- the expressing of the thoughts will help clear mind of unexpressed rage and might even help in thinking of a solution beyond pyromania of/to the other parties. A actual posting to public might be brought up to a grand jury later to show intent-- try not to do that, gets tricky for defense lawyer to say you did something 'unintentional' and therefore not a 'criminal' act, just perhaps a 'civil/tort' act covered by insurance. Typing it out does help you clear your mind. Back in the 60's my typing teacher said the best way to remember something is to type it out. Today it's called 'KEYBOARDING'. LOL
