Larry, Speaking of plow trippers, my son put this first rock in my truck the other day. He was going to toss it. I said I wanted it. looks like it has tripped a few in its day.
The second one is a big piece of soapstone my dad found on an old farm he owned in the mid 50's. The land was terraced with bench terraces and had full sized trees growing on it then. I would not have wanted to be holding onto the wooden plow handles when the mules drug the plow over that one.

Great work! I really love stone work, but how do you keep weeds from sprouting up between all the cracks. Personally, I'd like to spray ground sterilizing stuff where I don't want veg. But here in Canada there are all kinds of restrictions on availability, and use of herbicides. I heard they even want to ban the use of glyphosate. I'll be very upset if that happens.
