anyone out there use external_link.com or also known as restoration supply tractor parts? any feed back on these people?
i put in an order on the 16th of july gave them my card number, they charged my card of course right away however i never received a conformation for my order, after calling often i find out yesterday nothing has shipped saying the shipper never got the order from them so i called today and they said they would ship today and get me a receipt, well again nothing. needless to say i cancelled my order.

anyone else have any problems with these people?

I ordered a few things from another company, they required pay pal. Paid, haven't received my package, made contact with the company, they said pay pal didn't like what ordered (Rebel flags)and wouldn't send them the money.

If its resto supply out of Mass they had issues with customer service. A few years ago they were in the feedback forum in a negative way and same on ebay. Seems there are 2-3 out fits that are not pleasant to deal with

Yup, they were the rudest, most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. Then I found YT.

I had some orders with them (Mass. company) when Sandy went through and submerged their business. It took them a while to re-open.
