My size is 27x8.50-15NHS. What is a truck tire size that will work in place of this?

215-70-15 but you may find they don't have enough sidewall strength,and will twist off the bead on hard turns. You may have to put them on in pairs on one side of the machine even though they convert from the 27-850-15 NHS they may not be the same height or rolling circumference.

22+ years in the tire business and I never saw anything that compares to that size in a truck tire

old suppliers show them--retail price should be in the $85.00 each range. They Will give you a good bite in the dirt.
