help i bought a ts110 but cannot get the pto to work no markings on handles tried everything is there a trick to it ??????????? something im missing ??????????????? thanks to all who reply !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i relize this is a basic tractor but its driving me crazy

Push down and twist to engage PTO, give it a tap down to stop the PTO

big yellow button, can't miss it. Maybe overseas you push it down and turn it, but in North America, you pull it out to engage the PTO, and push it in to stop the PTO. should have a small green button in the center that you have to depress while pulling it out.
