1937 F Farmall

Completely restoring a 1937 F-30 Farmall. What color do I paint her? I assume the entire tractor is one color including rims!

Have worked on hood all day. Still has dents. Also looking for a hood with the large hole on left side of hood for exhaust. The hole is reinforced with a cast iron rim which is braded to the hood.

Would appreciate any comments.

You might ask on the Farmall forum here on YT to be sure, but
its my understanding that '36 and later were red. Prior were grey.
Generally all one color except the axle shafts were not painted.
I'm not sure about the outer rims, I see a lot of them painted silver.
I can't help with the hood.

From 1st November 1937, all red, rims and all. Prior to that, grey with with red wheels except for T-20 which was all red from beginning of production. Galvanized rims for pneumatic tyres cam sometimes later in 1940s

The hood you describe is for using spark arrestor with a mounted corn picker . A 37 would be all red .
