Old Bobcat update?

So, after years (literally) of screwing around I finally discovered the air leak thats been getting progressively worse on my old Bobcat 444. In case anyone cares, it was the steel line to the filter gauge. Plugged it off and it's like a completely different machine. So anyway, I have a replacement pin on bucket to put on it and the old bucket is going to become a tine type manure/bedding bucket. I have aux hyd and hope to add a ho'made grapple.

Here's the question- is it worth my time to try to update to a quick attach type plate system from the pin on? I doubt I'll ever be doing much more than cleaning the barn and maybe picking stones with the old girl. But with the new 23hp engine and fixed hydraulics....who knows. If anyone has been through drill on this I'm all ears.

Competing reality choices. The older you get the better the quick attach is way better. The less you change buckets the more you will have saved for fishing. Jim

My thoughts: never know when you might trip over a set of Q/A forks or another bucket for a good price

If you get a quick attach for your bobcat be sure to remove the pins/wedges that lock the attachments on to the lift and grease them or anti-
seize them up real good. If you don't use the quick attach on a regular basis the pins/wedges will lock up solid.
