OT: road construction

Ready to drive south again to check on my dad. Got some good advice a few weeks ago here on when to hit Atlanta. Anyone with recent experiences on areas to avoid/detours on the I-24 & I-75 routes to Florida? Nashville was pretty rough going a few weeks ago.

Most states had a site that shows the current road reports for their state including construction, accidents and weather.

You might see a little delay where 24 and 65 merge in Nashville. Depending on the time also there could be a delay in Clarksville near Exit 8 for some bridge work but it is unlikely unless it is a weekend.
