Injector pump service

Diesel tractor owners that have had to deal with injector pump issues realize the extreme cost involved in sending one to pump specialists. Most shops also send the pumps out as well. I'll share a location I have had an excellent recent experience with. Not that common now-days.
Jason, at ADVANCE DIESEL SERVICE in Huntsville Alabama. Just serviced a four cylinder CAV pump for my MF 65. Great to deal with, helpful and prompt. Very logically priced. I installed the serviced pump, and it was like having a new tractor. He has a web site.

These rotary pumps are pretty simple.
I just buy a repair kit and do my own.

where can you get a kit,tried a while back they are as bad as hvac components for being available to authorized service dealers only

I imagine there are several good independent injection pump repairmen in each state, just don't hear too much about them..

ou should be able to get parts from any diesel pump repair shop.
O rings and seals can be had from any hydraulic shop.
Injection pumps to rob hard parts from can be had from a tractor salvage yard,..they're only worth the core price cause they can't garranty them to work anyway.
