JD John, yes, that was at the Ionia show.
It's local to me so I go there every year if I can.
Were you there? Wish we could have met!

I wasn't there this year, took the 420 to a farm day show at a local ranch for troubled teens on saturday. Maybe next year.

Nice show Royse, hope ours turns out good. That Minnie on the trailer is a version of the U

You were right in my backyard! Well a couple
miles away. I can name the owners of most of
those tractors. That's what makes these local
shows neat. That mt is my parents. Very nice
runner.

The rumor is this might be the last show here.
The president says he's done, along with ticket
people and the the lady that organizes the pulls.
As of now, nobody has stepped up to take any
spots

That's becoming more and more of a problem with many events. The wife and I had to take over a llama show in Coshocton, OH. The lady that founded it 16 some years ago was done, and it would die if someone didn't step up. We'd run a show for 14 yrs. in Lancaster so it's not new to us but didn't really want to take this one on. Hoping to find some folks in that area to take it over totally some day.

We had that same problem with volunteers in the senior community where we lived. When our generation quit doing the work, the next generation appeared at the board meetings and demanded more activities - but not a single one of them would volunteer! They got mad and sold their houses and moved to Florida. Newcomers won't volunteer either so not much going on out there now.

Sorry to say,I've only made it down there twice. I'm always busy in the hay, then with Sunday being Fathers Day this year made it impossible to make it.

We didn't make it down or up there also. We have no idea what State or the town it is in, But the pictures sure are nice. I'll bet it is a nice show to go to.
