How can I get more hydraulic pressure to the remotes on a jd 3020

Stand-by pressure should be 2250-2350 psi controlled by stroke control valve in hyd pump in frt of tractor. It is possible that pressure control valve under hood at firewall could be partially stuck blocking some pressure. one needs to check pressures to determine problem.
