Well, we finally bought a tractor with a cab on it. A 255 Massey Row Crop with dual remotes and independant PTO. and rebuilt engine (split tractor & did it as it should be done. Think it will keep the dust away when round baling. (the dust really bothers my breathing even tho last Wednesday marked 30 months without a cigarette). I thought I'd show a couple pics of it, not real pretty but then again neither am I LOL.
Sorry about the 2 pics of the same side but I couldn't get it to deleate it.

What engine does it have? Tractor data shows three possibilities?
I had an AC 170 with the Perkins 236. I wish I had kept it.
Any idea why the rebuild? My experience with Perkins is that they were leakers, but indestructible.

Glad you found the later model with the 236 engine, they run smoother than the 203 used in the early models. You might want some window tinting to help keep the heat down, but you might like heat better than I do..

The tractor has sat since 84 when the origional owner died. The P.O. that I bought it from rebuilt it because 1 cyl was stuck due to it sitting. I was kind of leary of it because of that but everything seems to work as it should. I do have to get the air recharged because of the rebuild and I need to put a new heater switch on it. Tho I'm not sure if I'll need the A.C. or not, it does have a darned good blower on it.

July 30, 1987, 3:00 in the afternoon. Sure wasn't easy, but I got tired of being treated like a second class citizen because of it. And I got tired of coughing all the time. Thank God I stopped before I had any permanent damage.
