windows live mail 2012 etc

another headache.. no incoming email from windows live 2012..i think has to do with some kind update. I have cableone.net for internet also I have cableone.net mail I called cableone.net tech, they made things more confusing. any help will help my feelings.. thanks. hope everyone doing well

My internet provider used to use google for some of the mail services and google stopped some services and changed some formats so my internet provider had to switch things to a newer system. You may try looking into that.

yes there were some changes last day or so, the info I got was it would be automatic.. I would not have to do anything...my provider "cableone" has updated it is working somewhat, but difficult to follow to check the mail.. I was using windows live 2012 for most of my email.. but now nothing.. dead no response .. thanks for the reply.. have a good day
