Daily feature?

I post a new thread today titled "This Day in History"

Would there be any intrest in making this a daily feature on here
thinking along the lines of jon f mm's daily funny which I look forward too daily

As I'm on this site everyday around 1 am it could be there everyday to veiw

All though this post is fairly long I'm going to try to keep them relevant to US History time frame
and birthday's to the past 100 yrs.

Let me know if you would like me to continue or not

Nice idea. But I will be honest for you. I took one look at the post and clicked it off. Too much detail and too long to read. I would pick one or two things of interest and leave the rest for another year.

I like the idea but agree with Dave H. Needs to be shorter, I don't like reading at length on here.

Ask Kim and YT if a new Forum could be set up. I think it is interesting, but I would like to have it and the funnies in a new spot. Jim

I like the idea. Only it is too long. One or two relavant items would be fine.Like Cyrus McCormick's birthday;John Deere dies;The first rubber tractor tire..........Only it can anywhere a YTer is,not "just" North America.

Ok just got back in
wow what a mess I posted
Some how the format from the program I used to compile this and YT don't match up
It should have read out in point form like this

1776 ******
1790 ******
1865 ******
1941 ******

Instead of that jumbled mess I posted earlier
It previewed right but posted wrong
will work on it and get it working correctly
I'll start posting this soon
