Welllll Now... Theres A Problem!

No no, not with the swather! It only has 2 problems so far! :p

Walked past the Farmall this afternoon headed for the swather, and thought, heck, why not pop the cover off the bottom of the Hydraulic pump while all my tools are outside anyways. So, I took the cover off, and look what I saw! Or more importantly did NOT see!

Shouldn't there be a drive shaft between those two couplers? I looked on my parts H, and the cover is gone, and so is the shaft! WHAT?!?!
 
Hopefully it was not disconnected because the belly pump was bad, but you will soon find out.

Used belly pumps are plentiful and reasonably cheap if the pump ends up being bad.

You might be manual ratchet jacking it yet (like me)
 
Wouldn't be hard to make a new shaft out of some round bar-stock, with a little time & patience.
