We have used the pour on Duravet last time, what do you all recommend and should I rotate type or brand like we do in the horses??? Need to get more, just thought I should ask.

I always use the generic Ivermectin. I can't recall what it is called, but it is about 2/3 the price. I've never rotated.

I rotate from Ivomec Eprinex and Cydectin Moxidectin. That's what the vet I go to recommended so that's what I've been using. It really seems to have helped the cattle.

I rotate between pour on and injectable, spring time we use pour on as it seems to help with flies and fall use injectable. I use generic ivermectin injectable and what ever full spectrum pour on is the cheapest.

I use Cydectin pour on and Ivermectin injected. We run em through the chute every 3 months. Worm every 6 months and check in between and worm individuals as needed. If any individual needs worming too often it' gets culled. I'm just outside Houston so we fight parasites year around.

Me too. Get em up in the spring when they start rubbing on things with the mites or whatever. Helps with the horn flies through the summer. Do it once per year.

Must work. This guy was 3 years old when I sold him. Grade stock, looks like Angus with a tad of Brahman, not enough to go for Brangus (3/8-5/8). Brought $2300 at the sale, don't know what he weighed. Doubt seriously he went for hamburger at that price. Probably thinks he died and went to heaven today!
