please answer this question... I run windows 8.1 on pc.. most of time, when I try to forward a link, like an YT page of a subject that I want to send to someone, I try to send, but I have a popup that says that the accelerator is not available. what is the accelerator? I can send emails ok, but not a page from a web site. I right click on page and the drop down says I can email the page, then I click on send and the accelerator box appears.. thanks for any info

I believe its talking about add on's for internet exploror or firefox, or chrome,, which ever browser you are using.

Could be your missing a driver or update to a file. Do a search for free update checkers from filehippo. I use it and it works fine. There are also programs that check your system for lost of damaged files and can fix a lot of them.
