Butchering Cattle

For those of you who butcher your own cattle - What do you do with the non-edible parts of the animal? Make dog food? Grind it up for use as fertilizer? WHAT???

Just curious, because the largest thing I've ever butchered was a Deer.

Now days what the dogs don't eat the coyotes clean up.
Years ago I knew a group of Asians, every time I would slaughter they would come out and take everything except for the undigested grass in the first stomach.
Enough coyotes around here that if I drop a gut pile at noon, by suppertime its all gone.

anything that's not feed to other animals we buried by hooking up the posthole digger & drilling the deepest hole possible, pour in the parts & cover.
