Will be working soon on a 46 two questions. 1. how do you change out a knotter these are solid and do not have a split cap like the later ones. 2. How do you replace the twine disc? Looks like some counter sunk screws. Thanks

Hi, to change a knotter, I believe you have to remove the knotter disk brake assembly and mount and slide knotter of the outer end of knotter drive shaft. Hopefully it is outer knotter.

Re twine disk, there is a pin through the twine disk drive shaft that has to be remove. Be sure to have the manual or mark timing of the twine disk.
