Hydraulic issues

Needing advice here. Was using my JD 3010 gas tractor this morning for some disking. All worked well for about an hour then control for remote cylinder just quit working. Control lever seems looser than normal. Checked linkage to valve and all seems okay. No leaks in system and power steering is still working. Hoses to disk cylinder all seem fine and connection to tractor is good. Is this a valve issue? If so, where does a guy start with this project?

Will 3 pt operate correctly? How long since hyd filer was changed & sump screen checked/cleaned??? It's possible the stand-by pressure dropped to around 1700 psi then the pressure control valve under the hood would close only allowing hyd pressure to go to steering & brakes. It's also possible that linkage inside scv housing or a roller(parts key 30) on poppet valve has failed
