I have a SE4 that has been working well for a year or so after having it fixed by mfg. Recently it has been running well, then it sort of fades out and I just see a red dot on the display. I can unplug it, plug it back in and it likely will restart but then goes back to the red dot showing after a few min. I installed my backup charger (a Magnum 12) and it runs the fence just fine.
Was thinking that possibly a capacitor has gone bad, or some other related component. Is there anything I can check out with a multimeter or does it need to go back for repair?
