cub color

Thinking of repaint on a cub or just leave her in work clothes. 1977 yellow and white. Should I take a couple of pieces to the local paint joint and match it or what. The white if I am correct is actually a lite cream. The yellow just looks like federal safety yellow. It is not that bad but I need to take a couple of things off here and there and paint sounds like a good idea.

Qk maybe I will just touch up a tinny bit here and there if there is rust. Feather out the spray with a frisket paper with a hole cut out. Polish it out with compound. The big problem is when you go to a show and there are always the tractor police who want to know when you are going to "restore" it. Even after you tell them it is like 35 years old and original! Morons!

I think the yellow was pretty constant, but there were 3-4 whites depending on the year.
