OT; Dodge/Jeep 3.7 head question...

Anybody have any idea if the right side head off of a 2004 Dodge Dakota 3.7 will interchange with a 2006 Jeep Commander 3.7?? Brother has the Jeep and has the right head off and its trashed...the only used close that I can find is a 2004 Dakota 3.7...

So they won't interchange? He didn't have a book...and couldn't tell me. Not somebody I normally do business with but nobody has a head for a 3.7 liter jeep...at least nobody within a couple hours drive...I found one almost 500 miles away...

I haven't actually seen the head yet, I'm just trying to help my brother out. But he said it had a busted valve train...

The 3.7 heads have a tendency to drop out the valve seats if they get too warm. For some reason, the right head is more affected than the left one. Left heads are plentiful, right heads are scarce.
BTW, the Dakota head >>should<< be the same.
FYI, the valve seats CAN be replaced. I had one done on a 2002 Jeep Liberty. Still running, and seems to have no problems. When I originally looked at it, it looked trashed. Unable to find a head, I took It to a local machine shop, and the machinist said that he could fix it with no problem.
