Ford 4630 3 point lift arm

I need to change out a beat (3 point) lift arm on my ford 4630. I can't figure out how the bottom pin/bolt comes out - there is one for each lift arm beneath the rear axle. I took the nut off of one end - there is a rectangular steel tab protruding from what looks like the pin on the other side, but I can't make it budge and I wanted to ask before I go hammering and prying away so that I don't break something. The ball joint end of the lift arm moves freely on the pin but the pin/bolt itself won't budge. Anything special here? I wish I had a photo - The attached parts image I think is the pin that I can't seem to remove. Thoughts?

Thanks,
Jameson

Can not say for sure on your model but most fords I have messed with you have to pull the axle housing to remove that 3 point pin because there is a castle nut on the inside that has to be removed to remove that pin

Ill have to look at my 4610 this pm, but is it possible that you put a wrench on the flat spot in your pic and unthread it? Looks like threads on the right side in your pic? Just a guess. Maybe that's were the castle nut goes on?

Take the nut off and put a bar behind it and pry it out. It's likely seized onto the ball. Heat may help.

Jamo,

Mine on my 3930 are threaded. I used a lot of penetrant and heat. Wasn't too bad. It will take some muscle though.
