So with all the discussion last week. . .

about me buying a Toyota Tundra, I brought home a Dodge Big Horn yesterday. Further research showed equal or
higher ratings than the Toyota. I am comfortable with the outcome. The little gasser (5.7) puts out over 400 ft lb.s of torque.
More than I'll ever need. Nearly 2 1/12 times the horse power than my first Dodge, a 1984 w/ 318.

Thanks for your input, guys!

I like the Toyota Tundra trucks but also like the Dodge. I would have to pick a Dodge also..

We had a Durango with that 5.7 engine. It bordered on being almost wild.

That 5.7 engine is also known as a HEMI. Back in the "muscle car" days, the HEMI was the king of the racetracks as well as the street. Not much other than professionally built racing engines could beat one. Now, they have taken it "mainstream" and applied modern technology such as SEFI, DOHC, and DIS and it has to be a winning combination. Plenty of power, reliable, and just a pleasure to drive.

I have drove most every make of PU but can honestly say my 06 dodge hemi is probably the best I ever drove
