Finally done pruning

between working second shift at work, being dad, and doing other errands that need to be done,I can finally say I got all the fruit trees pruned this year. A little later than I'd like, but with my 9 (5 Apple,4 pear), my parents 3 (apple, pear, and cherry) and in laws 1 apple tree I finally got to finish them off today.

Now I can move on to my next project, doing some minor repairs to the 1855, as well as getting other machinery ready to go this year. Plus when the lawn firms up a bit more I gotta pick up the trimmings. Last year I never got them all done as I ran out of time before a surgery that I had last year on the 21st. Good to be outside again, as this winter I didn't venture out much.

My seven done last week in 75 degree weather. Then got them sprayed also.
Just wondering if you have a "Patten" pear? This is the second spring for mine and it looks to be a late bloomer. Is that normal?

My orchard was established before we moved in and wasn't maintained. Not really sure what the pears are. Hardly get any fruit from them either. The apples I have a fair idea what they are but I'm guessing on some of them too.
