Just got done watching the tv series of Centennial for aboot the third or second time.
Does any one know who the actor from my home town of Corydon, Indiana was, and what part he played?
Buzz should know this answer.

I'm pretty sure it's James Best who played Hank Garvey in the Centennial series. I just got done watching that myself!

Corydon wuz the capital of Indiana back in 1816 they then moved it to Indianapolis.

Augusta, Ky. was used because there were no visible towers or roads on the Ohio side. The Augusta ferry was used for the old rope ferry. Clay was brought in to cover main street. I wasted a good day of farming to watch some filming. Ellis

I did not get to see it in person,but would have liked to.I remember seeing a sort of documentary on how they did that.Also the buildings along Riverside Drive are old,authentic in appearance and did not need much to match the era.Mark
