The true friends forever reminds me of this one:
Two good friends were on a day hike in the southwest when they stopped for a water break. The 1st guy steps behind a big rock to take a leak when he starts to scream for help, his startled friend asks him what's wrong? the guy exclaims he's was bitten by a rattlesnake on his Johnson. The startled friend pulls out his cellphone and calls 911, explains the situation, the 911 dispatcher tells him to make a small incision across the bite mark and suck the poison out or his friend may die before help can arrive. The 1st guy asks what'd they say! what'd they say! and his friend replies, they said you may die before help arrives.
