planted some corn

Planted some field corn today. Beautiful sunny day with highs in low 80's. Old two row planters took a few rounds to get smoothed out, but had a mostly uneventful day. Did lose one chain, will probably find cultivating. Spring is in the air down in SE Alabama.

I am not trying to be an optimistic type of person, but if were in our part of the world, we are getting another blizzard tonight and again tomorrow. Our snow shoes and skies are all wore out for this year. You are a lucky person getting ready to plant. Cheers, Murray
