Need help with mounting a loader

A friend has a 656 Gas Utility tractor, and just bought an IH model 2000 loader for it.
He has 2 questions.
1. Are there spacers between the front mounts and the frame???
2. Does he need to flip the wheels side to side to get the dish reversed for tire/frame clearance?
Thanks in advance.

Since he has the loader, get it where he can suspend it from a chainfall or a tree limb for that matter and ease the tractor into it. That should answer his questions. Some simple measurements would also be helpful.

Really strange that none of these brackets look like the brackets my friend has. I wish I had taken pictures of them.I will try to get pictures tomorrow.
Do the notes explain any more?
Thanks for all of your help, tho'.
