Probably a Ford. I know they ran Ford squad cars. I think the auto makers paid the producers to run their brand.

it wasnt a Ford,every other car truck and even an 8n was on the show,but the amoured truck wasnt a Ford,rrlund might know,,,we will see//lol the truck was a Decoy,no gold in back,just bags of sand,,,good thing cause Barney blabbed the secret to Wanita at the Blue bird diner

Nope, I was in Mt. Pilot bailing cousin Otis out of jail. LOL. Cousin Regis was in Mayberry holding up the sign to bring back the gold standard.

Never could figure out why the Feds let Barney keep the Tommy gun at the end of the show when Andy stopped Barney from shooting at the truck.
