Wasn't designed for a snow plow. We don't need one in Texas often but my driveway is steep. Wife said leave it alone and it will melt. That is what I thought 3 days ago. May have to buy me a plow with all this "Global Climate Change" (new politically correct statement for Global Warming)

I'd just buy a snow pusher to fit the bucket.. It has bars that go over and under the cutting edge and lower panel of the bucket and have catch chains to keep the bucket from falling off.. They're made from 8' to over 30' wide and have side walls to capture the snow without loosing much from the sides like a regular bucket does.. Kind of like a scraper box to fit 3 point hitch only they fit front loader buckets.. Some are rubber edged and others have steel cutting edges..

Well, maybe, but it looks like you have all four wheels driving. I only have two. But I have something more important here in NY- a full heated cab!(Its about 0 degrees F. now) I agree though that a loader bucket is not made for plowing snow. I got a 12' snow pusher a few years back. Has come in really handy this year. But with this unusual snow-pack, I've had to go back to just the loader bucket to try to scrape some of the pack off.

How do you like the 110 JD. I tried one out a few yes ago. Ended up buying a 480E Case and a compact JD.

It is a pretty amazing machine, has a few things that I don't like but I am happy with it. I bought it new in 08. I don't understand why they put a few micky mouse things on it like a murray lawnmower type fuel gauge that you have to stand up to read. Basically I am happy with it though. I would have bought a Kubota except they had both brake pedals on the same side as the hydro pedal. Don't understand how they think you can use the brakes to steer.

those Kubota's are unhandy when it comes to turning with the brakes, you have to use the hydro handle and the brakes at the same time, gets tricky in tight spots.....
