Well folks, it is 15 C here and I just did the first cut on my lawn. It was a 'tad' wet, but any longer wait I would have needed a swather. Took almost as long to clean-up the lawn tractor as it did to cut !

I was going to mow mine today Bob, but it did not want to start at 15F, I think the blade in the snow had a little to do with it...

Yep... we HATE mowing when then temp is 0&#186 and the windchill -30&#186 LOL

Going to be a little while yet... but my husband did all the mower maintenance last month - so when she does get green, the fleet will be ready to roll.

I went by the dealership yesterday and they seems they were sold out of heated snow mulching blades.. LOL This weeks forecast for Tennessee is still bad winter.

Bob........last week, the weather guessers were predicting sunny'n'warm. Dunno what "warm" is but 55F is NOT warm enuff to fire up my midlife crisis. ('76 MGB sports car) 'sides the battery was FLAT. Gotter on the charger now. Now gotta figger out where my earmuffs are. Went to the barber the other day, ain't much on top and my once golden handlebar mustache is now WHITE and LONG enuff to stick in my EARS. Gotta find my Passport so I ken gitt NORTH of the border. Washington License won't go all the way to Whistler. (frown) .......Dell

This past weekend, I just changed over from my mower deck to snowblower. Of course not because I was mowing all along, but because I was too lazy to change it over last fall, and finally the snow got too much for my walk-behind snowblower. And then every so often I have to move the snow mountains the county piles in the driveway with the big Deere and loader.

I really feel for you having a tough day of lawn mowing.

Was minus 11f this morning.

Not sure I can convey just how bad I feel for you.........

Paul
