Tractor is about finished.

So darn proud of the job that my sons and I did on this 460. It was redone in memory of my wife who passed away a year ago last November. It has taken us over a year, but the results are worth it. It was her fathers tractor.

Wow!
Looks like brand new, right out of the show room.

A job well done for sure.

Can't tell from here, but if there are FIRESTONE tires on that machine, you could enter it to be in the 2016 FIRESTONE calendar.

The only stipulation is that it must have FIRESTONE tires on it.

Though I'm usually a rust fanatic...it's beautiful!

So sorry for the loss of your life. God bless you and your boys for doing something so beautiful in memory of you wife. The time spent on this project had to be priceless.

Husband and I hope you are blessed daily with good memories.

Someone that has never done one would never realize how hard it is to get one look that good. Awful easy to get 95% done and not be able to finish it out with out tracks somewhere else. You truly have something for here memory.

Who prepped and painted it. I wish I could paint like that. Looks better than the new ones we used to get in.

Tom you have that tractor looking beautiful. I hope you and your sons the best of luck after losing your wife and their Mother.

Tom, that is really nice on a couple of levels. Very sorry about your loss. Very nice to hear you have some good sons to help you through some hard times and spend time with you in such a productive way. It really is something to be proud of. Every time you take it out for a spin she will be right there with you.

Very good job. Can't see a single flaw. Do you plan to use it or show and parade it? So sorry about your wife. I know this project has helped you work through your loss.

Beautiful job! It's the little details that count, and it shows up in your work.

Too many guys run a tractor through a car wash, squirt some paint at it, and call it restored.

Sorry about your wife. This must have been good therapy.

Sorry for your loss.
Nice job and you can be proud of your boys for sticking around to finish it.

Sorry for your loss, but that is a beautiful tribute to her. I've always liked the lines of those tractors, and the ribbed side panel really sets it off. And it sure doesn't hurt that you did an absolutely perfect job on it!

Thanks to all of you for the kind words. As soon as the weather is nice, I'll post a couple more pics of the tractor. Thanks again!
