door glass broken

If it's flat, even with radius corners, a good glass shop can make one. The choice is tempered or laminated. Tempered is stronger, will shatter into tiny pieces. Laminated isn't as strong, but will remain somewhat intact if broken.

Strange you post this, just had a friend call, he was plowing snow for 40 bucks an hour. Opened his door and backed up , late model John Deer, they want $861.40 for the new door glass with no hardware.

Tempered is not a choice unless the glass shop has the facilities to temper the glass on site. Tempered glass cannot be cut, drilled, beveled, or otherwise modified once it is tempered. All of that has to be done before tempering, and then tempered. Learned that at my local glass shop.

Your local glass company can order glass from a place that tempers it after cutting, may have to send a template. I do construction and get custom sizes.

When I bought my CaseIH one door was missing. Owner said his Dad had broken it couple years ago. I said your going to have to deduct $600 bucks from sale price. He did. It cost me $1100 for new one with hardware.

I was doing a favor for a neighbor and it cost me $640. However I had it in 3 days UPS for a Korean built tractor. I hit a rock with my drum mower. The UPS drier wasn't happy with that package but I did help him unload it.

The thing shattered all over everything including me. If it were not tempered and designed to shatter into small pieces, I might not be typing this right now.

Check your insurance, had one break on the side of the cab and the adjuster said the company made glass zero deductible. Just sent them the bill!
